About me
Im 19 years old college student from Poland! Ive been drawing for about four years now (two of which digitally) mostly inspired by cute moe stuff that Ive seen in my favourite cgdct anime. My fav artists include: Mika Pikazo, Homutan, eliza804, misyune, onineko and painting wise i really love: Wyspianski and Witkiewicz, both of which are polish painters that lived before WW2! I had my own trad painting phase using acrylics but it didnt really stick to me as I like to take breaks a lot and finish an illustration on span of days or weeks.
Im currently studying psychology and it is my first year so im probably pretty stressed out at the moment you're reading this :C
My main hobby wasnt actually drawing, my main hobby is music! Ive been into music for quite some time now and consider my taste to be pretty broad, be prepared as this section might sound annoying to read through. Ive started my journey with metal music with nu metal bands but quickly moved on to more developed metal subgenres. Most of my knowledge is based around: black metal, death metal, grindcore, war metal, hardcore punk, d-beat; I know it doesnt really sound like my art... I also like genres like post-punk, shoegaze, harsh noise, slacker rock! For genres that im currently exploring but have very little idea about are: skramz, drum n bass, jungle, vocaloid music. As you can see my taste is constntly growing so if you ever find an interesting piece of niche music dont be afraid to share :D I can play guitar and bass quite okay if I do say myself, I had my drums phase as well but it didnt go as well, Ive played in some bands in my mid-teens but nothing serious came out of it.
I really like talking about music i find interesting so people i know well can call me quite monothematic or sometimes annoying for my quite obvious or completly wrong opinions but I cant stop myself... So big part of this website will be just that: talking about music, subcultures and concerts!
For books I have to admit that im not that much knowledgeable as its my newest addition to my hobbies. Most of my favourite authors are quite mainstream: Kafka, Camus, Lovecraft, Witkiewicz. I like finding books that have some absurd nature in them but right now Im really occupied with reading stuff for my uni, so if I will talk about books on this page it would be probably books about psychology that interest me!
I also am big fan of touhou, my favourite characters would be Yuyuko, Nazrin and Flandre! I also try to watch vtubers in my free time (
). I point it out because both 2hu and funny vtubers inspired me to draw in a style im currently drawing and their fanarts that i tried to do motivated me a lot! If not these two interests I doubt i would stick to drawing for as long as I am doing now.
Some of my favourite games include: Yume Nikki (2kki as well), Crosscode, Risk of Rain, Stalker: SoC, Touhou EoSD, Celeste! I mostly play indie games and I have tendency to not finish them :C
